What do you you use your HE, Syns, Speed and Free food on?
I am down 98 lbs. This is over time and I’m a hearty eater btw.
To simplify, protein, complex carb and sometimes fruit but I do eat a fair amount if veggies/salad. Probably more than most. I know Patrick, your speed foods are 1/4-1/3 of your plate. Not me, 1/2 plate speed veg, speed fruit or free at times but speed foods will drop your weight, fill you up and prevent you from eating too much potato, rice, pasta,etc. I want a weight loss, not an uh oh moment. I agree that calories play a role in weight loss but I know that I need the eject myself away from the table button, too lol!
So Breakfast must have a Speed fruit whether it’s an apple, berries and I eat porridge oats and eggs in a sprayed pan.
Lunch and dinner are definitely thought out with salad or veg, a carb such as a potato or sweet potato, a protein, I eat a lot of fish, and both meals have a Healthy A in there. My Syns are real foods. I eat a double portion of porridge oats. Also, I use unsweetened Almond milk in my Iced Tea, an American thing and sweetener.
I honestly don’t eat chips,sweets, junk food or fast food. That’s what it has taken me over time to shift 98 lbs. or 7 stone off this body and over here in the US, they don’t fat shame. They accept their cravings, their body size and believe it or not their obesity diseases. Sad but true. Not me, I’m less fat lol! I have 4.4 stones to go to hit Target and maintain it.
