This is working

Hi everyone. I’m American, I have done SW online, currently on Weight Watchers. They’re similar. The difference is in the free foods where porridge oats is free food on WW and rice and pasta are free food on SW. The rest is the same, overall. I’m down 98 lbs or about 7 stones. I’m at 14.4 stones with a Target weight of 10 stones so anything that works is a gift.
SW has a better system with Syns, up to 15. The WW weekly points are a disaster for me, I stall out or gain on them. The price for online right now is $11/month which is inexpensive whereas SW is $62/month and since I’m here in Florida, there is no real Group meetings here.
So I combined the free lists, trim the meats, skin the poultry, both ask you to do that. SW is right, Speed for every meal, I do that. To keep the interest, I have free food of a reasonable portion size and tried this out last week. I lost an astonishing 4.4 lbs. in the week. Sometimes you have to go with rules your way and not feel restricted in any way. WW has air popped popcorn as a free food. It’s snack time. That makes good sense. I’m just going to use 2 tablespoons in my air popper which is the microwave type. Most of the kernels pop. Just an example.
