I switch off between WW and SW and love the fact that I can use the WW Tracker which is much better since I do watch my macros, mainly sodium and calorie intake. Overall, from my highest weight years ago to today, down a good 7 stones or 98.4 lbs. I’m American so I convert it. This week, lost 0.6 lb. which isn’t much but shows me my body is still in losing mode and not giving up on me lol! When you lose a little like this, always think and feel positive and let it make you feel uplifted.
There’s a part of me that likes both the zero point list and the free list but in truth and actuality, Patrick is right. It’s calories in, calories out, calories in disguise so no matter what, make that your priority. Just use wisdom and patience to attain your mini goals to Target. I am hopeful I will get to Target by the end of 2026. I have 61.6 lbs. to go.
