I do enjoy watching you, Patrick on weigh in time because you have a nice approach to talk to your YouTube friends but also, you say it as it is and I do welcome that opinion because it matches up with mine. To me, it’s all about calories, mood and personality. You want a food but you must fit it properly in your day and not make it a struggle and a hardship, either. I’m glad that today is a weigh in day having lost 0.6 lb. Not a lot but I embrace every loss.
To me, I am a weekly weigher. I actually tense up the day before hoping to see progress and most times I do see that vs a gain or a plateau. My mini goal is to eventually weigh myself once a month on the 1st of the month and continue to record it which I have on MyFitnessPal.
