What are your favorite low syn treats?
Currant Ryvitas with Jim Jams chocolate spread. Only 1 syn per teaspoon.
I also love the Weetabix caramelised minis. again great with a cuppa and spread a little of the Jim Jams on top. Only a couple of syns for the chocolate as I use my HeB .
