myfitnesspal - free version. I’ve been using it for over 10 years.

How do you find it? I have started using Nutracheck instead. I prefer it as it has all British food were I found MFP didn’t have as many

It’s really easy to log because there is a lot of repetition. For instance, ‘milk’ is saved as a ‘meal’ because it’s exactly the same everyday, two clicks and it’s saved. I’m not too hung up on being exact so if I can’t find a match I’ll find something very similar. I’m more likely to mess up by completely forgetting something than inputting something less than perfect. MyFitnessPal are big on logging exercise and encouraging the eating of so-called exercise calories but I’m thinking this may be my downfall. I’d happily use a treadmill for an hour if it meant I could enjoy a donut but I’m hearing that’s not a great approach!

been using mfp since October 2010… had the premium version for about 5 years and this year I changed my card and decided to see if the free version is good enough, except the annoying ads, it does the same thing. i recommend it!

Nutra Check paid for it and think it’s well worth it . Got loads to read abd recipes on there . Just need to stick to it :joy::joy:

I used to use mfp but I find for £27 Nutracheck is much better for the UK

Haha, I never read the recipes, maybe I should haha

I get what you mean, ideally you should stick to your calorie deficit amount and any exercise you do is on top of that but Nutracheck and MFP both allow you to eat exercise calories so it’s up to you. I try to avoided eating them myself but not all the time.
