How many steps do you take a day?

My steps vary depending on week day and weekend, although hoping to change this.
My week day without gym is 7000-10000 a day, if it is a gym day it is at 12000-14000 but weekends can be very low if I am not doing anything in particular.

That’s amazing, well done! Steps I need to work on but average around 7,900.
When I started, I had to focus on getting my steps in — 10,000 a day was the main goal. With my new job though, I’m clearing a minimum of 15,000 steps a day, and it’s definitely made a difference in how easily the weight stays off. The best thing about walking is that it can be a couple or group activity. It’s much easier to convince your partner to go on a hill walk than to go to the gym.
