What works best for me is this. By 7:30 am I am up. I have a med I need to take where I can’t eat for 1 full hour. So in the next hour I get busy with other things. It could be cooking, housework, you name it. Always I have a project or just be online. I have a couple of cardboard boxes to break down. Hopefully get to set up a new wireless printer as well. My place is basically clean. You never know what can be time consuming and productive. It delays you from eating. I live in an apartment. Maintenance needs to fix a problem I have so again, that takes time. About to get some porridge oats cooking in my rice cooker. It’s 11:40am. Time to start with Breakfast.
